Buy Indian Act
The Buy Indian Act is a law that authorizes the Department of the Interior, including the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Bureau of Indian Education, and the offices of the Assistant Secretary – Indian Affairs to purchase supplies, services and certain kinds of construction from qualified Native American vendors (“Indian economic enterprises”). All Cayuse companies are eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.

Indian Incentive Program
Primes Receive 5% Rebate for Partnering with Cayuse on DOD contracts – When federal agency contractors and sub-tier contractors partner with an eligible enterprise such as Cayuse, they are eligible to a bonus of 5% the amount subcontracted via the Indian Incentive Program.

As such, we are proud to announce that we have developed ambitious targets in line with the Science Based Target criteria. The near-term target covers our Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions.
